The 10th Canadian Conference on General Relativity and Relativistic Astrophysics will take place at the University of Guelph, Ontario, in the spring of 2003. As with all other conferences in this series, the purpose of this meeting is to bring together the members of the Canadian and international relativity community for scientific exchange. The meeting is intended to be broad, and will cover many relevant areas including mathematical and observational cosmology, algebraic computing, relativistic astrophysics, numerical relativity, and approaches to quantum gravity (including string theory).
The conference will take place on the campus of the University of Guelph. Guelph is a small city in Southern Ontario, conveniently located within 45 minutes' travel time from Toronto's Pearson Airport. Registration and a reception will take place in the early evening of Wednesday May 28, 2003, and the conference proper will begin on Thursday May 29 and conclude on Saturday May 31.
In addition to the plenary lectures, the Conference will welcome contributed talks by members of the community. Graduate students and post-doctoral fellows are especially encouraged to contribute talks.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Guelph!
