Yes! This is Stefan's Law I = sT4 where s is Stefan's constant = 5.672X10-8 W/m2K4.

 I = 5.672X10-8(100 + 273)4 = 1.10X103 W/m2

 If the surroundings are cooler (say 90ºC = 363 K) then they radiate back less energy but an amount also given by Stefan's law.

 Inet = s(T14 - T24)
= 5.672X10-8(3734 - 3634)
= 5.672X10-8(1.99X10-9) = 113 W/m2
