Professor Emeritus James R. Stevens awarded medal commemorating the 100 years of the revival of Warsaw University of Technology

James R. Stevens, University Professor Emeritus, was awarded a medal commemorating the 100 years of the revival of Warsaw University of Technology "in recognition of outstanding merit for the development of the Warsaw University of Technology, supporting its activity, building the image and promoting the University". In his long and fruitful career at the University of Guelph, Jim has supervised seven faculty and students from the Warsaw University of Technology, who came to our Physics Department during 1991-1998 period as postdoctoral fellows or visiting scientists. Among them are former Deans, current Vice President, and four Associate and Assistant Professors of Chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology. Congratulations, Jim!
